Ives & Bees was founded by two sisters, Vanessa in St. Petersburg and Ivy in Miami, inspired by Vanessa's oldest daughter introducing the family to handmade natural soaps. Discovering the benefits but finding the cost prohibitive, Vanessa began making her own soaps, receiving positive feedback from family and friends. Ivy, inspired by Vanessa, pursued candle making, developing her unique process. Despite initial challenges, they launched Ives & Bees in 2020, committed to offering handcrafted natural products. Celebrating transparency and authenticity, they expanded their range to include items showcasing their Filipino heritage, making their products accessible while maintaining a conscientious small business.
